I did a SKIMS haul and Kim, we need to talk – the camel toe is real
A FASHION YouTuber has warned her followers that some of the items in Skim’s new collection can leave you with a camel toe.
Kirah Ominique uploaded a video haul of her latest Skims purchase from the new Cotton Fleece Collection, and she was less than impressed.

“EHH IDK ABOUT THIS … SKIMS COTTON FLEECE COLLECTION HAUL (first impression) ..KIM WE NEED TO TALK,” the title of the video reads.
Throughout her 12-minute haul, Ominique tried on multiple items from the collection released last month.
Specifically, she purchased the cotton fleece bralette, shorts, joggers and hoodie sweatshirt.
“Kim, this is not giving what I thought it was gonna give,” the beauty and fashion vlogger said to the Reality-TV star turned business-woman.

“First of all, this bralette is definitely out of my comfort zone, but I still think it’s very comfortable and nice and comfy so I’m actually happy that I got it,” Ominique continued.
She added that because it is thin, she is worried about it running through the washing machine.
But the problems only begin there.
“These shorts,” Ominique said. “They’re giving me camel toe. It’s riding up so bad I would probably just wear these in the house.”

“But maybe if I loosen them a little bit,” she continued while fiddling with the Skims shorts.
“It’s not giving what it’s supposed to give.”
The YouTuber revealed that she was also disappointed the Skims site “didn’t say, like always true to size.”
“It’s not oversized, because normally her [Kim’s] stuff runs really big and sometimes I Have to get a small, but in these shorts I got a medium just in case…but no I should have got a large.”
It was not immediately clear if the Skims site did not previously have a warning that the item runs true to size, however as of Sunday it did.
Despite her criticism, Ominique did attempt that the quality of the shorts was still top tier.
“They are soft, I’m not gonna hold her on that,” she said. “I’m probably gonna just wear these shorts in the house.”
In the video, Ominique reviewed a pair of the sweatpants – which also failed to meet her expectations.
While the shorts didn’t have enough fabric, the pants seemed to have too much.
“Kim, we need to have a talk,” Ominique began, pointing out that the fabric around the crotch area was too baggy.
“I don’t know y’all, I don’t know, I don’t know. I love that these are more oversized, don’t get me wrong…I just don’t like this extra area.”
While she also complimented the quality of the pants, Ominique blasted Skims over not adding pockets.
“Where am I gonna put my keys? Where am I gonna put my money when I’m going to the gas station, Kim?”
When it came to the sweatshirt, Ominique complimented it on being lightweight and cute, but did warn it was smaller than she expected.
Overall, the fashion and beauty YouTuber revealed she was “Very disappointed” by Kardashian’s latest collection.
“The quality doesn’t match the size, so if you are planning on purchasing this for you know, the fall season…make sure you keep that in mind,” she warned.
Ominique has been regularly posting beauty and fashion content online since 2018.
