Should GWS rebrand with different colours, or just drop the slate grey à la Freo going purple?

It’s weird that with colours like maroon (the navy blue of reds) still available, GWS ended up with the colours and logo of a failed corporate ensurer. What would you like them to change to actually win the market their very existence depends on?
