How to get COVID recovery certificate in the US?

I recently tested positive for covid and am now in recovering process. I need to travel abroad in a month and I guess I'll able to fully recover by the time I travel. However, the country of destination requires a strict PCR result unless one has a proof of recent COVID recovery ( I heard that people recovering from covid could take up to 3 months to pass the PCR test). So, I really need to get a recovery certificate for the trip.

I wonder what I documents do I need? I only did a home test a few days ago and have no lab test at clinic/lab. Also, when can I get the recovery certificate? do I need to wait until I test negative? Thanks in advance.
