I have been working out by myself for 4 months now after work, but I want to speed up my progress. My goal is to be good enough that people would think I played in college. I’m in shape physically, but I don’t know where to start in finding a trainer, people to workout with and how many times a week to work with is meeting my trainer necessary. When I do workout how to schedule it so I’m pushing myself more.
My goal is to become a better 3 point shooter and making layups with contact and over taller defenders.. so basically my entire offense. I am serious about making this goals reality. Thanks for any suggestions!
