Load up on fruits and vegetables
We hear this often from many experts and dieticians. It is no secret that a healthy diet leads to healthy skin and Jacelyn lives by this.
While some may shy away from fruits as they’re worried about how the sugars in them may lead to weight gain, but she believes that natural sugars are necessary for a well-balanced diet and healthy body, so she encourages her followers to not be stint on fruits and vegetables in their diet.
Some fruits and vegetables she often adds to her meals or beverages include eggplants, oranges, strawberries, and avocado.
Detoxifying your gut
Flawless skin is not the only thing Jacelyn possesses. The 47-year-old is also known for her ultra-fit body.
Jacelyn strongly believes that the key to weight loss is a healthy gut. She often takes to Instagram to talk about the benefits of Meridian treatment and detoxification of the gut.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, a Meridian is a channel that “energy” flows through. Meridian treatment includes massaging techniques that unclog blockages along the Meridian system, which in turn flush out toxins stored in our fatty tissue.
She also recommends to steer clear of oily and “toxic” foods as a way to detox the body – the first key step before weight loss can happen.
Minimal skincare and makeup
The former actress only has three items in her personal skincare stash. They are:

The wellness coach believes that once the body is detoxified, weight loss will come naturally.
Meanwhile, she mentions that eating less can cause many health issues such as hair loss, malnourishment, dry skin, and hormonal imbalance.

She recommends taking a simple rubber ball with spikes and rolling it along your shoulder blades.
The former actress does this to unblock all the Meridian acu-points that are located below the shoulder blades.
