CLARKSVILLE, TN – As Veterans Day approaches, Star-Spangled Brewing Co. has organized a charity run, the Beer N Braut 5K, for two veteran organizations in the Clarksville area, sponsored by Bell Textron.
This event will give everyone the chance to show their support for the Chapter 38 Special Forces Association and the Nightstalker Association. This is not the usual 5K run; each runner will be offered beer and bratwurst at the start point, throughout checkpoints along the run, and at the finish line.
An entrance fee of $50 will include a Nine Line specialized T-shirt, collectible cup (filled twice with beer), bratwurst (provided by Nicoletta’s), and of course bragging rights. The event will be held on Oct. 22, at Star-Spangled Brewing Co. on 103 Progress Drive (off Industrial Park Access Road).
Registration will be online, with same day registration beginning at noon. The run will begin at 3 p.m. This event will include food trucks and is free to non-runners.
